Whenever I compare ACCA and CA (I think you are talking about Indian CA), I see that CA includes more learning through repetition than ACCA.
Technically ACCA is easier than CA. CA can be considered as the best commerce qualification in India while ACCA is perceived as a universal. You can use your ACCA qualification as a passport to switch countries.
