On an average a CFA level 1 holder can earn around 3-4.5 lakhs per annum which a basic graduate is earning. But once you are done with the other Levels which is Level 2 and Level 3 then you may be able to get a decent amount of salary which would be much higher than stated above.

I’ve finished my CFA level 1 and am currently employed remotely. I received a laptop, notebook, pen, and other items that were useful for my job. After passing my CFA Level 1 exam, I am now making Rs. 29,000 per month plus variable.
I’ll now explain how I got to this point. After two months of study, when I had a basic understanding of derivatives and equity, I applied for an unpaid internship with a boutique Investment Bank.
It was unpaid for the first two months, but after I convinced my manager with my diligence and performance, he gave me a paid internship starting at 2500, which then climbed to 7500, and after I passed the CFA Level 1 exam, he recruited me for a 3.5 lakh package + variable.
