    • Problematic Online Interface: The e-learning platform is often glitchy and not user-friendly.
    • Sluggish Customer Support: Responses to inquiries are slow and sometimes unhelpful.
    • High Cost, Low Value: The course doesn’t seem to justify its high price tag.

    When I signed up for the Miles Education CFA course, I expected a lot more. The course content, while adequate, doesn’t really delve into the complexities expected at this level. The lectures, delivered by knowledgeable instructors, somehow fail to translate this expertise into engaging or memorable learning experiences. 

     

    I frequently encountered issues with the online platform, which was more of a hindrance than a help. And whenever I reached out for support, the slow and often ineffective responses left me feeling like just another number. For the premium price charged, I was expecting a course that would stand out in terms of quality and engagement, but unfortunately, it was just underwhelming.
