No, there are no such exemptions that the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is giving. As a matter of fact, it is the opposite way round. Assuming you complete CA and need to do ACCA, you can get exemptions and have to complete just 4 papers in ACCA.

ICAI has just MOU with ICAEW, CA Australia, CPA Australia, CPA Irland.

However, ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) recognizes Indian CAs as well as CA students and grants them exemptions upto 9 papers, which is a great gesture and respect by an International body to ICAI.
Ideally, there should be a reciprocal arrangement (like ICAI is having with ICAEW, CPA Australia and CPA Canada) wherein ICAI should also grant certain exemptions to ACCA students and members. It will be in the interest of both the professional bodies – ACCA and ICAI and will help in making ICAI globally recognized.
I hope above answers the query.

See lessNo. CA does not allow any exemptions after becoming an affiliate of the ACCA, but the ACCA does offer exemptions if you have completed CA requirements. However, once you are an affiliate of the ACCA, there is no need to take the CA test because it will not benefit you. Best Wishes!
