Can anyone give me a review of the ACCA course by Zell Education?

After completing Zell’s ACCA prep course, I’m left feeling completely let down. The video lectures were a whirlwind, speeding through vital concepts without pausing to delve deep or ensure we really understood the material. It was like being on a fast train through foggy terrain, getting glimpses of the landscape but never stopping to explore it.

The study materials were no better. Lacking in vivid illustrations and practical examples, they failed to clarify the advanced accounting principles we were supposed to be mastering. It felt like trying to navigate a complex maze with an outdated, blurry map.

Seeking help from the faculty was a futile exercise. Their responses were textbook at best, lacking the depth and insight needed to truly grasp the challenging concepts. Every time I reached out with a question, I braced myself for the disappointment of yet another shallow answer.

And the evaluations? They were a repetitive loop of memory-based questions, ignoring the crucial need for understanding and applying concepts in a real-world context. This approach left me questioning the effectiveness of my entire study process, feeling unprepared and anxious about facing the rigorous international ACCA exams.

Honestly, this course was a bad investment in my future. It didn’t live up to its promises, and it certainly didn’t prepare me for the next steps in my professional journey. For anyone considering Zell for their ACCA preparation, I urge you to look elsewhere. Don’t make the same mistake I did. There are better, more supportive, and more effective options out there.
