It is the best IELTS preparation center I’ve ever come across. Cosmos is well suited to deliver the best training to all IELTS candidates, with a large selection of study materials, superior facilities, and excellent teaching methodologies. This institute offers highly qualified instructors who are also quite nice and approachable, which adds to the comfort of the learners. They are incredibly dedicated to the students and are always willing to assist them.

I asked for a few basic questions like their timings and fee structure and some more basic questions but she was so demeaning in responding that I had to ask for some senior staff from which I can clear my queries before joining them but I got no proper reply. Instead, they replied on whatsapp in such bad language that I actually had to drop the idea of joining them.
I wonder what kind of attitude is this! How can someone join their institute with this kind of approach from the front office!

After receiving tutoring from them, even a student with very poor communicative skills can earn good IELTS results.
The staff took classes at Medcity (Kottayam Branch) for IELTS. It was a wonderful opportunity for me. All of the teachers were really encouraging, supportive, and nice. Especially Ajith Sir, who was continuously pushing me to push over my boundaries. All of the professors are really dedicated and are always willing to answer questions and clarify any difficulties. The institution’s faculty members have remarkable knowledge and mastery of the English language. Without hesitation, I would suggest this institute to any IELTS candidate. Benny sir’s writing sessions taught me how to tackle various types of writing questions, which came in handy on exam day. In speaking sessions, the guidance of other faculty members, particularly Varsha ma’am, Sruthi ma’am, and Smitha ma’am, encouraged me to gain confidence in speaking.
Overall, it is an excellent location for IELTS preparation.

I don’t know why no one raises their voice against the wrongdoing of these guys. I joined the classes seeing their Google reviews but gradually I realized how was I was misled by them. The person I spoke to on phone sounded so genuine and promised me 2 hours of IELTS coaching each day but it seemed like a distant dream. Forget 2 hours; they did not even give 1 minute extra than a 45 minutes class every day! No practice for written essays, speaking modules.
One can see his dreams getting shattered with each passing day in this fraudulent institute!
