I didn’t know that a typical graduate degree wouldn’t help me get a job at a good company. So, after talking with my older brother, I learned about many courses that will enhance the value of my graduate degree. I completed my B.com. in finance, and afterward, I considered pursuing an MBA. However, for a variety of reasons, I could not pursue the program.
My brother then informed me about the FRM course. The course can be completed in 6 months and there are lots of career options available after finishing this course. As I had completed the course I started working as an Operational Risk Analyst. The duty of an operational risk analyst is to assess the real-world issues facing a company and examine the policies and procedures that are implemented to minimize risks. An analyst like me or more experienced than me can operate in any industry because risk will always be present as long as operations are taking place in an organization.
Therefore, the scope is high thus a good career opportunity.

So that’s what a company’s risk advisory department does, or at least that’s how significant it is now.
Therefore, career opportunities are high and will continue to expand.
Apart from the Risk department you can also work in-

If we talk about the career opportunities in the field of FRM, there are numerous. I used to work as an investment banker, but after a while, I felt that doing the same thing had given me a yearning to shift into different areas.
I chose FRM since it was a short course that I could pursue while working. I started applying to firms after finishing my FRM, which helped me land a job as a market risk associate. Because I enjoy predicting market risks, this position was incredibly helpful to me in developing my career.
As a result, if you hold an FRM certificate, you shouldn’t be afraid because this industry offers a variety of job options.
