My experience with SSEI FRM coaching was incredibly disappointing. Despite his claims to be a “god of finance,” I found his faculty to be ineffective. I had a lot of trouble understanding him. In addition, it appeared that he thought that everyone was on an equal footing with him, which was not the case for me. When it came to improving my topic knowledge, I discovered other coaching institutes such as Fintree and Quintedge to be much better and more cost-effective options. In my view, SSEI Faculty is more concerned with maximizing his financial gain than truly assisting his students. I regret paying for his classes, and I do not think he makes a good teacher.

I enrolled in his classes after watching his YouTube videos. The way Karan Sir discussed FRM Part 1 is too good, and he covers the syllabus systematically well before time.
He not just hands over the notes and videos, he rather explains every formula by deriving it. He also offers other courses which offer the practical aspect of Risk Modeling. Do check it out too!

If you are considering enrolling in SSEI for FRM, please read my response before making your decision. The manner in which Karan Sir instructs the class is not at all good. He always attempted to simplify the subject, but the exact reverse ended up happening to him. He ultimately complicates the concepts.
Not just the teaching aspect, but also their support team has the worst management, which has totally let me down. They promised to support and assist their students when I first inquired about admission. But after enrolling, I was unable to find out even the most basic details like class timings . I had to call the inquiry desk every day and plead for clarification.
Anyone thinking about attending this institute is advised to look elsewhere if this is how they treat their students. We pay hefty fees not to be exposed to such unfriendly administration, but rather to have a hassle-free and easy approach to our studies.
