Hey there, let me give you an absolute answer : FRM is worthwhile. You might be wondering, How? I have provided some details in the answer that will help you understand why it is worthwhile.
I’ll start by contrasting the price and duration of the FRM with other courses. Everyone is concerned about the price and the anticipated completion time.
If I evaluate the FRM curriculum against other degrees like a CA or MBA, The duration of the FRM and MBA programs is 2 years. However, CA will take at least two 4 years to finish. If you don’t pass the exam in one sitting, it can also take you 10 years to do so. This all depends on your caliber.
So this is where I think FRM excels because, within a short duration, you can earn this reputed certification.
Now, the cost is the second-most crucial issue that everyone is worried about. FRM will only cost you Rs 2- 2.5 lakh. When compared to an MBA program, a reputable college will cost between 10 and 15 lakhs. Therefore, if we are receiving a reputable certification for just Rs. 2 lakh, doing FRM is worthwhile.
Consider investing only Rs. 2 lakhs in a course and earning Rs. 1 lakh per month. I’d say that FRM is worthwhile in every way.
