I can speak from personal experience, as I was able to pass the IELTS General with 8 bands after two attempts. I went to an institute and attended a demonstration session. There, the trainer made a special arrangement with me to allow me to take private classes for a reduced fee. I took two months of lessons and received an IELTS score of 6 bands. I noticed that a trainer can’t concentrate on teaching if his mind is working on robbing his own institute. It’s no surprise I didn’t pass. Trainers who speak well do not necessarily have the correct tactics to assist you in succeeding in your goal.
Then I tried working alone for two months and gave the paper again, scoring slightly higher this time but still not getting the target band. I, therefore, chose to enroll in an IELTS training program at Rise Global Academy. They advised me to use the following tactics to assist me clear my head.
I tracked my progress in a scientific manner and was not assigned to a specific trainer. I discovered that at school and college, we develop a bond with the instructor rather than with our studies. I used to do the same thing in the training institute, but I now avoid it. Make the most of the institute.
Rise Academy had 4–6 trainers, and I could attend sessions on any day of the week or weekends, depending on my learning needs.
Good luck with your studies! IELTS is simple to learn if you put in the effort and study smartly. Training occurs when a person’s reliance is not placed solely on one trainer, but rather on the institute’s ability to supply a large number of trainers, and you understand how to maximize their value for the purpose of passing the exam.

I took my classes with Essence Point, and the experience could not have gotten any better. The lessons were so dynamic and energetic that the 1.5 hours flew by, and learning didn’t feel like a chore at all. The faculty pushed me to my boundaries, and I am grateful for it. By the end of the four-week seminars, I had noticed a significant difference between my prior knowledge and what I had learned. Ms. Zara is an amazing teacher. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have been her student. I strongly advise you to enroll in her class. My lesson was from 9 to 11 p.m., and if you get the opportunity to take her classes; you will not be disappointed. She will make learning a pleasure for you and will put you to the test in a variety of ways, leaving you with no choice but to perform wonderfully. Outside of batch scheduling and even after my classes were completed, she always extended her hand to assist and guide me.
Thank you very much. The Essence Point!

Dear Aspirants,
Here’s a tip: don’t choose a coaching institution based just on the number of pupils who have qualified, as there is a significant difference between qualifying and being selected.
YOU, not the academy or the instructors, should indeed grasp where you stand and what additional measures are necessary. No one can stop you from reaching new heights if you are passionate about your objective and remain committed throughout your preparation.
Now, in regard to your question, as a former Allen student, I can vouch for the quality of their study materials and staff. Their doubt counters are really useful for average students. The test series is outstanding, giving you sufficient practice.
So, my take is to choose prudently!

Joining IMS for CAT preparation was the wisest decision that I took. It helped me in building my career. It not only prepared me theoretically but also helped me enhance my personality through the group discussion and personal interview sessions. The team of mentors there belongs to premier institutes like IIM Ahmedabad, IIT Bombay, XLRI Jamshedpur etc., which I feel is a plus point as they are well-versed in relating to the doubts that students come across. I can certainly say that IMS is amongst the best coaching institutes, at least for me. With their support and guidance throughout my study period I received call from IIM L, K and I.
All the best!
