I enrolled in a makeup course at Lakme Rajendra Place. The fee for the course is fairly high. It wasn’t even close to being worth it. The sales team would lie and make false promises in order to promote their courses. In reality, they’ll be unable to deliver even half of what they promised. The teachers were just interested in finishing the class and paying no attention to the students.
They are unable to handle their students and are only interested in enrolling students in courses that last a year or more. It was a waste of time and money, and I had a really unpleasant experience as a result. My name was misspelled on the certificate they gave me! This was the result of a month-long wait for the certificate. Based on my personal experience, I would advise you to conduct thorough research before enrolling in any makeup academy.

I’ve come to share my journey from housewife to running a beauty parlour. So, when I went to Shweta Gaur Academy for my bridal makeup, my fate changed. Awestruck by their work, I chose to join this academy for my beautician training. Shweta gaur is wonderful. She is truly remarkable in the manner she treats each and every student. Her teaching method is enthralling. Everything they teach is done in a professional manner, from hairstyling to airbrush makeup.
They had a variety of courses to choose from, and I chose Hairstyling course initially (and then went ahead to take their makeup course too). They not only taught me many hairstyles, but also taught how to recognize which ones suit a specific face shape and other vital factors.
As a result, here is the story of my time at Shweta Gaur Academy. I now own a beauty salon in Hari Nagar. I would strongly suggest this academy.

Despite their expensive tuition costs and overpriced plans, renowned institutes such as Lakme and VLCC draw aspirants’ interest. Young people might be unaware of hidden gems like Shweta Gaur Makeup Academy or Cosmup Academy.
I took the course from Shweta Gaur. She focuses more on demonstrating rather than just ‘telling’ about any makeup tactic. She gives the reasons for the use of each product. I would say that institutes like SHWETA GAUR, rather than well-known institutes like Lakme or VLCC, may be a preferable option for students seeking to gain good makeup skills.
